The Abbotsford Arts
Council is the voice and resource for local artists and their art. We are proud
to provide the Kariton Art Gallery as resource for local artists to showcase
their art.
In addition to the Kariton Gallery, the Abbotsford Arts Council produces a
number of successful events to showcase local artists such as the
Envision Coffee House Concert
Series, Arty Awards,
Arts & Heritage Unity
Festival, and
Christmas Craft Fair.
The Abbotsford Arts Council is pleased to offer a new online resource centre for
local artists as well as those residents interested in local arts and culture.
The resource centre (located to the right) includes many resources for artists
such as a bulletin board,
special offers,
artist spotlight, and more. For the
general public, we offer a database of local
artists, offers of local art classes,
arts and culture event calendar, and much more.
For parents, we offer a kids corner page that
specializes in the arts community for children and teens.
We invite you to visit our gallery, attend our events, and
become a member of the Abbotsford Arts council to help support
community arts. Thank you for helping to keep the arts alive and thriving in
Abbotsford.

Center
Check the bulletin board for "calls for art", job postings and
more. You can also view local arts classes below as well as the events calendar.
Would you like to join a local arts group for photography, singing, acting,
writing, quilting or others? Check our our talented and diverse clubs below in
member groups.
Do you have a question about art or local art resources, write an email to "Dear
Arty" and he will respond. Your question and his answer may be published in our
newsletter and online.
